Gujarati musicians fondly remember Wajid Khan
Music composer Wajid Khan passed away on Monday morning after succumbing to Coronavirus leaving the whole industry shocked. Wajid of the Saijid-Wajid duo was 42 years old and was battling kidney issues for a while. Condolences poured in from all over the music industry. Bhoomi Trivedi, Sachin Sanghvi, Jigar Saraiya and Darshan Raval also fondly shared their memories of meeting or working with Wajid Khan.

Bhoomi Trivedi in a post on her Instagram shared pictures with Wajid and wrote:
Wajid Sir, Gone too Soon💐 There’s so much of heaviness in my heart right now. He’ll be missed for the great hits he always contributed to the Industry.

Darshan Raval who had worked on a reality show with Wajid was equally upset after hearing the news of his sudden demise wrote, “After the shoot at a reality show was going back home and wajid bhai came and said chal aaja biryani khaate hai ( cooked by his mother) and we shared the biryani and talked and laughed,I am going to remember that day for my entire life
