Gujarati musicians fondly remember Wajid Khan

Music composer Wajid Khan passed away on Monday morning after succumbing to Coronavirus leaving the whole industry shocked. Wajid of the Saijid-Wajid duo was 42 years old and was battling kidney issues for a while. Condolences poured in from all over the music industry.

, Sachin Sanghvi, Jigar Saraiya and Darshan Raval also fondly shared their memories of meeting or working with Wajid Khan.

Bhoomi Trivedi in a post on her Instagram shared pictures with Wajid and wrote:

Wajid Sir, Gone too Soon�� There’s so much of heaviness in my heart right now. He’ll be missed for the great hits he always contributed to the Industry.

Darshan Raval who had worked on a reality show with Wajid was equally upset after hearing the news of his sudden demise wrote, “After the shoot at a reality show was going back home and wajid bhai came and said chal aaja biryani khaate hai ( cooked by his mother) and we shared the biryani and talked and laughed,I am going to remember that day for my entire life
