The

coronavirus Pandemic

has shattered everyone's life, due to mass precautions and safety measures

Maharashtra Government

has imposed restrictions over the celebration of the festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi and Navratri nights. The government made an announcement that this year Garba and Dandiya across the states will not be organized. As per the guidelines, people will go for virtual Garba. Here's what our Gujarati and Bollywood singer

Bhoomi Trivedi

has to say on the same.

In a candid conversation with ETimes, she said, "I am with the Government’s decision, it’s for the betterment of the society and valid reasons. Times are such that every working sector needs funds from the government as well. There are various NGOs supporting artists and taking care of their families. This Pandemic has affected Artists’ lives as well, Hope we soon come out of these difficult times. I hope during this Navratri, people will observe sincere social distancing and keep themselves and their loved ones safe. From a performer point of view, I am surely going to miss performing on the stage in front of a huge crowd. I don’t know when those days would come back, but I am releasing many songs in collaboration for the Navratri season for my audience to engage."

Professionally, Bhoomi Trivedi has come up with a new Garba song '

Jagadambe

' the singer recently shares a sneak peek on her Instagram account and mentions: "On the arrival of Navaratri, I wish you & your family the best celebration ever, bringing you “JAGADAMBE” Next one on MERCHANT RECORDS releasing on the 7th of October. Extremely grateful to @salimmerchant @sulaiman.merchant @salimsulaimanmusic for this opportunity to let me write & Sing this beautifully composed devotional Garba for Maa Ambe
"
