Maulika Patel on her next film 'Adako Dadko' - Exclusive

'Commitment' actor Maulika Patel has started filming for her next film, 'Adako Dadko.' In this comedic film, the

will play the leading lady. ETimes reached out to Maulika to learn more about the film, and here is what she had to say about Adako Dadko'.

Maulika talks about how she landed up signing this film, "I was about to sign the same director’s film before but because of date issues, I couldn’t do it. It happened and I just loved my character and the hilarious comedy script written by Chetan Daiya. The concept of the film is written by

Sunny Kumar Parikh

, who is also directing the film. Tejas Panchal, who was the director of my last film, is also a part of this film".

Ask her about working for a multi-starrer film and she adds, "It will be super fun to work with the amazing team. It is always a delight to work with Aakash Zala, Hemang Dave, Komal Panchal, and Aanchal Shah who always create magic on the floor with their sense of humor. Seniors like Firoz Irani, Smita Jayakar, Chetan Daiya, Jeetendra Thakkar, and the young talent Akshat Irani and Sanjay Chauhan are leading the film. So overall it’s a full package of entertainment and I am already having an amazing time with my team."

Without revealing much about her character, Maulika shares, " My character name is Riddhi, who is the reason for the hilarious activities that take place in the film. I can’t reveal much but trust me it’s fun."
