’s poster was released recently and is already getting rave reviews from the industry. The film, directed by Shailesh Leuva revolves around the
devastating flood
and the burst of
Machchhu dam
in the year 1979.
Actor Mayur Chauhan, who was last seen in the film Karsandas Pay & Use, plays Vijay, who is a flood victim. Talking about the film, Mayur says, “We started working on this film last year in August and have taken our own time to complete. We are yet to complete a day’s shoot in this film which is based on a real life tragedy and will have lot of VFX. This is a kind of VFX the viewers would love to watch and will be something new in Gujarati films.” Mayur further adds, “When this film was offered to me, at the same time I had an offer of a Hindi film as well, but looking at the storyline, the character and the treatment of the story, I chose to work in a Gujarati film. I thought why not contribute something new to our viewers and be a part of a this big change." When asked about more details of the film, Mayur says, "At this point in time, I can neither reveal the cast of the film, nor any other important details.
