'31st' is directed by Pranav Patel and will narrate the storyline of a real incident of a rape case in Gujarat. In this courtroom drama, Hemang and Vipul will be seen playing the character of a lawyer. The shooting of the film is going in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Alongside Hemang Dave and Vipul Vithlani it also features Shraddha Dangar, Prachi Thakar, Parikshit Tamaliya, Vandana Vithlani, Manin Trivedi among other well-known actors.
