With so much uncertainty around us there’s no better way to beat the stress with some fun outdoor early morning activity, while making sure to maintain social distancing and following all the safety norms. As there are no signs or announcements as to when the city based gyms and fitness clubs will resume, home workouts were the go-to fitness mantra for many celebs. However, for actress-singer Dimple Biscuitwala who believes that cycling for an hour thrice a week helps her to stay fit and fab is gearing up to hit the roads soon.

“I have never enjoyed indoor gyms and fitness clubs. I believe when you are working in the outdoors the fresh air and the nature helps you to push yourself. This is why I have been practising yoga and have been an avid cyclist for years now. I cycle three days a week which takes care of my cardio quota. I believe cycling acts as a stress buster for me and I thoroughly enjoy my morning rides.”

Although Dimple hasn’t started cycling yet, she is planning to start it soon. “I will have to follow all the safety precautions when I get back to cycling. I’m eager to get back on the roads.” Apart from cycling the beauty also credits practising yoga regularly for years to keep up with her fitness regime.
