I feel Ahmedabad is the safest city: Deeksha Joshi

Recently, as per the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) data (crimes in India, 2015), Ahmedabad,Rajkot, Surat and Vadodara are among the 10 safest cities
of India for women. And actress Deeksha Joshi, who has been travelling for various metro cities feel, that Ahmedabad has been by far the safest city. The Shubh Aarambh actress adds, "Because of my work and personal commitments I do travel to cities like Delhi and Lucknow, and I can say with certainty that Ahmedabad is one of the safest cities to live in.I personally believe that one the main reason is that the men here aren't conditioned in a way where they see women just as mere objects. Be it at personal or professional space, public transports, parks, gardens or even at famous midnight eateries, people are aware of their boundaries. Secondly, people are helpful and warm here as compared to other cities."
