Neha was all set to tie the knot with businessman

on April 25, 2021, but the
pandemic
ruined all her plans. The actress, along with her parents, tested positive right before the wedding. "Given that my family and I had tested positive and the severity of the second wave of the pandemic, we decided to push the wedding for a couple of days. We then eventually decided to opt for a court wedding." The
actress
tied the knot on May 30, 2021 in an intimate court ceremony, in the presence of close family.
Neha had been looking forward to hosting a beautiful wedding. "I have always wanted to have a grand wedding. Given the circumstance, we decided to go for a court wedding. We will wait for the situation to improve and host a grand part when the government allows 100 or more guests in a wedding," shares Neha.
On asked about how she met her husband, Neha shares, "I met him a couple of years back and although we spoke less initially, I felt deeply connected to him. We started talking more and he soon became one of my close friends. On my birthday in December 2020, Kiran proposed marriage to me and I said yes. "
