Russian music band, Silver Strings performs at an X-mas do organized by Benaras Club

“Nothing could have been more special for me than playing violin on Christmas on Bollywood number Jai Ho” said, Arina, who had come along with Katrin, Maria and Irina to perform for the Varanasi audience.
This Xmas do, organized by Benaras Club, was one fun-filled event with a live instrumental performance by the Russian music band, Silver Strings.
Playing their instruments to Bollywood numbers, these foreign girls left the audience spellbound.Almost no one seemed to be in a a mood to dance as most of the guests sat glued to their chairs, mesmerised with the performance.
However, once the Russian performance ended, some did leavy the cozy comfort of their chairs near the angeethisto shake a leg on the dance floor, led by Dr NP Singh, and his better half Manisha Singh.
The cold caught Siddhant Anand, Raunak Goel, Prem Ahuja, Shruti Agrawal and many more completely in its grip as we spotted them sitting near the angeethis to stay warm. “No handshake please”, laughed Tanmay Jain, as he wished a Merry Christmas to his friends.
The youngsters had a good time with the Santa Claus. Aditya Rai and Vedant Chopra were seen posing with him, while Akshay, Sahej Kohli, Ananhy Singh and Pranjal Agrawal chit chatted.
