A musical evening dedicated to the legends

A group of music enthusiasts recently organised a musical evening dedicated to the film industry legends Lata Mangeshkar, SD Burman, Majrooh Sultanpuri and Asha Parekh. The members paid their tribute by rendering some iconic songs of these stalwarts. Nirmal Joshi coordinator of the evening welcomed the guests.The audience was seen swaying as Amarjeet Singh rendered Haal Kya Hai Dilon Ka. Further adding the pace to the event was Saumya who sang Oh Mere Sona.

Vikas regaled the music lovers with his playful singing on the song Sa Re Ga Ma. The guests were transported to the retro era as Vijay rendered Khwab Ho Tum Ya while Prof Anita Mohan sang Yeh Sama. Santosh crooned Chahoonga Mein leading to a loud applause. Dr Bhavana Trivedi and Prof Sangeeta Pandit were the chief guests on the occasion. Savita Maheshwari and Nidhi Kapoor were the anchors of the evening.
