The arty party!

doweshowbellyad=0; Reena Patel (TOI Photo)Artist Reena Patel’s third art exhibition opened to the public with a special preview party on Tuesday evening.
Reena, who themes her works mainly on horses, says about her oil paintings: "I love horses; they represent vigour and passion for me. Which is why I paint a lot of horses but I make them look unique by painting them in multihues, and embellishing them with sea shells, diamantes etc.I am also inspired by nature and hence my work also consists of a lot of flora and fauna, apart from Lord Ganesha, which is again a favourite subject of mine."
The exhibition was appreciated by all the guests who came in including the dapper model Kapil Khadiwala who surprised everyone by admitting that he too paints and in fact, Lord Ganesha is his muse too! "But I don’t think I will ever exhibit my works" he said shyly. DJ Vipin as well as Megha Chatterjee who came in with Kapil Sharma were all praises for the embellishments and vibrancy in the works. Artist Amisha Mehta commented that the works give out very positive vibes. Artists Ananya Banerjee (who got quite a few compliments for looking hot in a red outfit), Kiran Chopra and Daxa Khandwala were also present.
