Sattva’s vault-integrated housing addresses this gap head-on, with the first rollout planned at Sattva Vasanta Skye in Sattva Urbana, minutes away from Bengaluru International Airport.

Here, vaults are more than storage—they’re a lifestyle innovation. Residents can access lockers 24/7 through biometric scans, with robotic arms retrieving them seamlessly and securely. Protected under military-grade systems and insured up to ₹1 crore, these vaults eliminate the hassle of distant bank visits and rigid hours.

The concept could soon reshape what premium living looks like. Just as clubhouses, gyms, and pools became community staples, vaults may emerge as the next defining amenity in modern communities.

Yet, this is not a story of luxury alone. Sattva continues to weave social responsibility into its journey. Earlier this year, in partnership with Sankalp India Foundation, the group’s three-month blood donation drive across its IT parks collected more than 350 units to support children with thalassemia. “Every unit of blood represents hope for children whose lives depend on transfusions,” reflects Agarwal.
