SXC Ranchi organises street play on responsible voting

organised a street play on ‘Responsible, responsive and ethical

voting

’ on the college premises. The college’s Electoral Literacy Club was recognised nationally earlier this year when it was selected as a model for other such clubs in colleges and universities across the nation. The club, spearheaded by the faculty of the

Department of Political Science

, aims to promote awareness about election literacy and the duties of voters. The play encouraged young voters to register for voting and come out on polling days to play their role in electing a government. Senior professors and faculty members, along with students, were present in the event.
