’Ladies First’ featuring

Jharkhand

archer Deepika Kumari. The 40 minute documentary features the story of the young woman’s journey from her roots in a poor family to becoming an Olympic gold medal winner. The film, which aired on March 8, on the occasion of International Women’s Day, is aimed at young women to help them fight in the face of adversities and combat the challenges in order to achieve success.
