B'wood celebrites Dia Mirza and Zareen Khan raise awareness in Raipur school

Pandit Deendayal Upadhayay auditorium in Raipur was jam packed with adolescent students yesterday as Bollywood ladies Dia Mirza and Zareen Khan addressed them on ‘Teenager Health and Menstruation Hygiene’. Jointly organised by various government departments of Chhattisgarh and schools in Raipur, the event was attended majorly by girls between 12-16 years.
Dia Mirza spoke to the girls at length about breaking the taboo and stereotypes around the issue and embrace women hood with open arms.She even told the story of how she was counselled by teachers and mother when she got her first period. Zareen Khan emphasised upon the need to maintain hygienic practices during this time.
Post the talk both of them clicked selfies with the assembled students, which gave the kids immense happiness.
