Featuring 44 artists and collectives from the northeastern states, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha, and Chhattisgarh, the exhibition offered a comprehensive exploration of the medium’s educational legacy, experimentation, and contemporary relevance.

As a collateral project to the 3rd Print Biennial India organised by the Lalit Kala Akademi, the exhibition provided a vital platform for dialogue between tradition and innovation within printmaking. It highlighted the diverse techniques, materials, and conceptual approaches shaping the region’s printmaking practices today.
