Second edition of the Winter Shopping Festival at Phoenix Marketcity Pune concludes amidst fanfare

The second edition of the Winter Shopping Festival concluded recently at Phoenix Marketcity Pune amidst fanfare and celebrations. The festival saw the announcement of the winners of the lucky bumper draw, made by well known model-actor Aditi Govitrikar and Rajiv Malla, centre director, Phoenix Marketcity.
The winners walked away with innumerable prizes which consisted of electronic items.The bumper prize which included a 40-inch LED TV was won by Dhairyashil Vandekar and Harshit Verma.
Speaking on the occasion, Rajiv said, “The first edition of the Winter Shopping Festival was a testimony to the huge success and growing popularity of Phoenix Marketcity Pune. So this year, with the second edition we decided to take it a notch higher with better prizes and offers. Over one lakh customers participated in the festival. Phoenix Marketcity has a tradition of promoting activities that capture the spirit and vitality of the festive season. The festival was just the beginning and gives a preview of what Phoenix Marketcity Pune has in store for the year ahead.”
Apart from the prizes and shopping this year, the mall also decided to spread joy amongst the underprivileged by an initiative called Joy-of-sharing. In this initiative, Phoenix Marketcity in association with Hope for the Children Foundation set up collection boxes at various points in the mall, where people could donate their books, toys and clothes. This has got overwhelming response.
