The students at the Clean&ClearTM Pune Times Fresh Face 2013 auditions at School of Fashion Technology college were enthusiastic, creative and most of all, full of energy. While one contestant chose to put ‘screaming’ as her talent, Shalini Joshi scared the judges, actor Sarang Sathaye and RJ Rahul from Radio Mirchi, with her character acting of Manjulika from Bhool Bhulaiya.

Act-o-mania: One of the contestants, Christina Aralikatti, had everyone in splits with her acting. She impressed everyone with her Hyderabadi accent and also got anchor Rohan Joshi to join her on stage to be a part of the act. What followed was a rollercoaster ride of laughs. Talent pool: The advantage of being in a creative college, is that you find so many artistic students here. With a talent set that included on the spot poetry recitation, the girls impressed the judges with their creativity. On the masti front, dances took centrestage at one point. Freestyle to Bollywood, these young girls burned the dance floor with their moves. While Swathi Menon grooved to a remix of Hollywood and Bollywood numbers, winner Akansha Rathod, who also mentioned she wished to be a model someday, walked the ramp to prove to the judges that she makes the cut.
In the end, the DJ dished out the Lungi dance number, and had all the students shake a leg. Winner: Akansha Rathod, first runner-up Swathi Menon
