While danseuse

Rukmini Vijaykumar

enthralled the audience with her Bharatnatyam performances, vocalist Pt Sanjeev Abhyankar treated the audience with his perfect classical renditions.

Rukmini's performance, titled Abhimata- The Beloved, was a solo performance and received appreciation from those present thanks to the nuances of the form that the Bangalore-based dancer and actress got right. Abhyankar, as always, was mesmerising as he performed Hindustani classical renditions for the music lovers of the city.

All in all, it was a beautiful evening made even more so by the performers.
