Dance Guru Manisha Sathe enthralled the audience at a recent event

The dance event 'Anuvedh' was recently organised by Manisha Nrityalaya Sanstha on the occasion of International Dance Day. The event was resounding as it presented fantastic dance performances of the senior dance guru Manisha Sathe and talented her students. The program was held at Balgandharva Rangmandi near Shivajinagar.

Manjiri Karulkar, Shambavi Dandekar, Shilpa Datar, Poorva Shah, Mansi Gado, Padmashri Joshi, Tejaswini Sathe, Dr. Madhuri Apte, Gauri Swakul, Mithila Bhide, Isha Kathawate, Payal Gokhale, Aditi Kulkarni, Madhura Aphale, Vallari Apte, Aditi Lele presented their beautiful dance compositions. Sathe's students put their best foot forward and entertained the audience with some of the most amazing classical dance presentation.

The audience was enthralled by senior dance guru Manisha Sathe's Durga Stavan and Laxmital rendition. Along with traditional bands like Tarana, Sargam, Hori, Chatarang, Dhrupad, the audience was satisfied with the creative handling of subjects like Shivbhushan, Narnarayan Kavitta, Mozart Symphony, Saptachakra. Such an example of 14 disciples of the same dance teacher coming together to realize such a performance with one accord is rare!

Manisha Sathe guided the new generation through Chotekhani Manogat. She said, "I think it is very important for fellow artists to stay together like this and help each other promptly. They must dance thoughtfully and well, but love and trust for each other is the most important aspect!"
