Celebrating words, conversations and the role of literature in life

It was an evening that celebrated exchange of ideas and new-age thoughts, and the city’s who’s who made their presence felt at the do. From students to prominent from politics, journalism, education and arts, the city celebrated the value of words.

Author Advaita Kala, who was beaming with joy, said, “It is our collective endeavour to explore the role of words play in our lives, in spheres of influence like art, politics, culture and literature.And we had a diverse, some even hot button topics like the use of social media, stories of our war heroes, the mass media and how it influences our thinking. So having a platform like this is very important to start a conversation.”
