‘Bhairav Bhavatarak’, a dance presentation by Kathak dancers

City-based Kathak dancers from presented an event titled ‘Bhairav Bhavatarak’ on the occasion of the festival of Mahashivratri recently. In the event organized by Rithwik Foundation and Rujuta Soman Cultural Academy, the experienced and young dancers presented different compositions depicting the stories of ‘Ardhanari Nateshwar’, ‘Daksha Yadnya’ and ‘Ganga Avatar’ in Kathak dance form.The main theme of the performances was ‘Shiva or Nataraj Stuti’.
