'Abhinaya Ranjani' held in the city recently

'Abhinaya Ranjani', a program of selected Abhinaya compositions from Bharatanatyam, organised under the cultural outreach program of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan and Infosys Foundation, received a good response on Saturday evening. It was the first time in Pune that a performance like Abhinaya compositions was held in the city. Ranjani was organised.

The program began with a traditional Tamil composition. After that, the participating artists revealed many aspects of acting through their dance performances. The audience gave a great response to the beautiful performance. The program ended with Sant Tukaram's abhanga, 'Run Ghal Ai, Ata Bahtesh Kahi'.

The program 'Abhinay Ranjani' under the cultural outreach program of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan and Infosys Foundation was held on Saturday, 13th August 2022 at 6 PM at Sardar Mahadev Balwant Natu Auditorium, (Senapati Bapat Road) of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan. Students like Spruha Kulkarni, Shruti Zhankar-Shinde, Madhumita Sathe-Yardi, Anushka Dev, Niyati Visaal, Riddhi Potdar, Atharva Chaudhary, Niti Nair, Deepti Dhole participated in it.

On this occasion, the participating artists were felicitated with Dnyaneshwari and certificate.Dr. Parimal Phadke was present on the occasion. The program was moderated by Anuja Karnik. Prof. Nand Kumar Kakirde, Honorary Secretary of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, introduced it. The program was free for all. There was a program.
