Members of a club celebrate Holi with much enthusiasm

It was a colourful affair for the members of a popular city-based club who enjoyed Holi Milan

celebrations

recently. While the ladies looked beautiful in their conventional attires, men looked dapper in their traditional outfits. The theme of the function was Holi ke rang,

Lions

club ke sang.

Everyone greeted each other with a touch of gulaal. People also participated in the various interesting

competitions

and

games

organised at the event.

Veena Singh

, a member of the club said, “A grand Holi bash was organised at our club. Besides playing colours, we also participate in gol-gappa khao competition, housie, games and Holi dance competition. The winners of the competitions were given special prizes.”

, another member of the club said, “We participate in the Holi celebrations every year. This year a few special stalls of Holi items were also put up to raise funds for the weaker sections of our society.”
