Footfall of boating enthusiasts on a rise at Patna zoo

The centrally located pond in the zoo is a great attraction for sightseeing as well as for boating. The weather is changing and Patnaites are a bit relaxed especially in the afternoon. Footfall at the open recreational spots has increased this week.
Young couples can visit the zoo and enjoy some cozy moments while boating. Sunita Sharma, a dentist, said, “I visited the zoo on Sunday with my husband Kuman Vaibhav.For the first time we went for boating and it was a lovely experience. Both of us had a great time. We also got ourselves clicked amidst the beauty of nature.”
Echoing similar words, Priya Kaushal, a college student, said, “My sister and I went for the ride and it was very exciting. We could not visit any park or zoo in the last two months due to the extreme cold weather. However, weather has improved after January 15. People are stepping out to relax at the open spots and bask in the sun.”
