Celebs wish their fans on Shivratri
The popular festival, Shivratri is being celebrated with much fervour across the city. Like common people, celebrities from Bihar are also celebrating the

festival

in grand way. Some of them have also extended their good wishes to the people through various social sites.

Actor-politician Ravi Kishan visited Shiva temple to offer his prayer on the day. He said, “This is a very important festival for me since I am a devotee of Lord Shiva. On this day, I have offered my prayers to him for the well-being of our society.”

Mathematician Anand Kumar also shared his good wishes and said, “A very happy Shivratri to everyone. May Lord Shiva bless us with a happy and peaceful life.”

Rajesh Kumar who is best known for his role in the hit sitcom Sarabhai vs Sarabhai took to twitter and wrote, “Om Namah Shivay. Happy Mahashivratri to all! May this festival be not just a wakefulness for you, but a night of awakening.” (sic).

Shashi Suman, a singer, said, “I have never observed a fast on Shivratri, but have always enjoyed being with my family during the festival. I also love to help them in whichever way possible. On this pious occasion, I wish everyone with lots of happiness and success in their lives.”
