Bikers gang explore pit stops on NH-30, NH-20
The number of motorcycle adventurers in the city has increased considerably in the past couple of years. Most of them try their biking stunts on the NH 30 highway that connects
Pratik Jha who has been associated with a bikers’ club since the last three years, said, “Though it has been just a year of my biking experience on NH 30, I have had breakfast at many dhabas. Now, I know the best of the lot. They also know us since we have become their regular customers. The dhaba owners also inform us about nearly places where we can travel.”
At times, these bikers also explore new routes and get themselves clicked on the green crop fields. Shivam Sharma, 23-year-old biker of another club, said, “Most of the members of our gang love adventures. We love to enjoy something new that we love and enjoy. Recently, we changed our route to a road which we were not aware about. We travelled for more than 20 kilometers and then we got a good hotel with a swimming pool. We decided to spend the day at the hotel and chill in the swimming pool. We reached there at around 10 am in the morning and left the hotel at around 4.30 pm. It was a memorable experience indeed.”

These fun-loving bikers are quite careful about their safety. They make sure to return home on time and do not travel without their helmets and other necessary stuff. Sumit Kumar, a 21-year-old bike rider, said, “We travel for relaxation from our busy schedules, but we are careful not to risk our lives. Besides our helmets, we make sure to wear hand and knee guards, rider protective jackets and also carry a first aid kit with us. We inform our guardians and family before leaving home and while travelling back.”

to Bakhtiyarpur. Since the traffic on the road remains comparatively easy early in the morning, the gang of bikers love to refresh themselves on this route. For them, having a hearty breakfast at the highway dhaba is an added attraction. Anubhav Kumar, a 24-year-old biking enthusiast, said, “My friends and I enjoy a delicious breakfast at Santosh’s dhaba, which is around 8 kilometres away from Patna. Since our bikers’ gang have become his regular customers, he makes sure that the quality of the food is good. Besides his yummy parathas, we also try sandwiches and boiled eggs. He charges us a bit less than his other customers.”At times, these bikers also explore new routes and get themselves clicked on the green crop fields.
