After inauguration of the event by Sanjay Srivastava, Director of the Institute, college

students

interacted with artists to know more about their works. Sanjay Srivastava said, “Our institute organised this exhibition to promote the local art. Such exhibitions will help the local artisans to get national and international recognition.” Sharing similar views, Sweta Sharma, a Professor of the college added, “We are determined to organize similar events at regular interval so that students may understand more about it. Besides, this will also help in establishing better connect between students and local artists.”

Students enjoyed working with the artists as a team for the exhibition. Sunita prakash, an artist said, “I have a vast collection of block printing which is the result of my hard work of fifteen years. I also train the interested youths at my city-based shop. This exhibition has helped me to understand the real demand of market.”
