The programme was anchored by Pallavi Biswas, treasurer of the organisation and coordinated by eminent artist Shikha Kumari. Pallavi said, “Students were very excited about the competition. Every participant had a different and unique representation of the theme. Anjali Kumari, Gudia Kumari and Sangeeta Pahan of Sister Nivedita Balika Vidyalaya received the first, second and third prizes respectively. We are hoping to organise many more such events in the future.”
Sharing similar views, Shikha Kumari, said, “The paintings made by children were very innovative and praiseworthy. I never thought that they would express their ideas on paper so well.”
