A fun-filled evening with good food and games

The foundation day of a city-based club was celebrated recently with great fanfare. All the club members were present at the do. The theme of the function was ‘ye dosti hum nhi todenge.’ The event saw the members of the association taking an oath to serve the society with dedication.’

The function started with the song Tum Aaye Ho Toh Aaya Mujhe Yaad, Gali Me Aaj Chand Nikla. Kiran Singh, Founder President of the club, Kiran Gupta, Charter President, Anamika Singh, Vice President and Secretary Nirmala Singh were present along with the other members.

Several entertainment activities were organised to keep the members engaged. There were many participants for the mimicry, dance, singing and

games

competition. The winners were awarded with gifts. Kiran Singh, founder president of the club, said, “I am very happy that everybody enjoyed the day.”

The ladies enjoyed the day and relished

food

items that were on offer. Anamika Singh, said, “This day is very important for all the members. I extend my good wishes to each one of us.” Sharing similar views, Nirmala Singh, added, “I loved to be a part of this event. We all got an opportunity to interact with each other informally. Moreover, being a part of games and singing activities at this age reminded me of my school days. Such events refresh us from our mundane routine and we are charged up again.”
