Indian cuisine is known for its variety, but perhaps, the most celebrated spread is the Chappan Bhog that boasts of 56 varieties of food items. This includes everything from appetisers to desserts.
We were witness to one such sumptuous dinner recently when a couple of Jaipurites landed up the sample this elaborate fare at Park Prime.
Jaipurites seemed more than happy to try the huge vegetarian spread that boasted of among things Paneer Shimla Mirch, Dum-Veg-Biryani, Cauliflower Schezwan Sauce, Dum-Aloo Achari.

���Since it���s a rainy season so we wanted to serve something unique and the best way to do it was by preparing a vegetarian menu that is light, tasty and can suit your stomach,��� said Sadhu Ram, chief chef of the hotel.
Indians are known for their sweet tooth, so we saw most of our city people crowding at the live dessert counter. ���I travel a lot and have to eat the spicy food that is being served in hotels but today after many days fortunately I���m having a supper that tastes homely. In fact the live dessert which included Gulab Jamun, Pantua, Jalebi with Rabri is something uniquely created,��� said Divakar.
