The hottest place in town
Mauve has dining tables booked a fortnight in advance, and the VVIP section with plates and cutlery that are named after the guests remain a favourite with the crowds.
This weekend there was a mad rush at the place, as more than 300 people were waiting outside just to get in. With the resto-lounge overpacked, Tehseen Poonawalla had to shut the place down before time and ask the crowds to leave before he reopened it for the members.
Seen at Mauve were Amit Bhosale along with sister Swapnali, Sweta Dalmiya with hubby Parikshit, construction developers Sunny Parmar, Rohan Seolekar, actress Netanya Singh, Dr Satyajit Naik, model Riddhima from New Delhi, Anshul Goel with his wife Ruchi and buddy Aashish Chaudhary, and Anuj Goel with cousin Amit.
With great food, excellent artwork, gorgeous models and a super crowd, Mauve is surely taking Pune the high-end Mumbai and Delhi way.
