Cricket was the flavour of the season and everyone enjoyed themselves to the hilt.
The game is still on
Cricket is certainly a religion in India, and keeping its essence alive are our apna Kanpurites, who recently witnessed a friendly match between two groups of students of a prominent animation institute.
With the match being played at a city stadium, the players seemed really excited. The match started with releasing of balloons in the air by Asif Rizvi, head of the institute.
The student were divided into two teams ��� A and B.

Team B won the toss and elected to bat.
Saurabh and Nitin Shukla���s tremendous batting received cheers and applause. Saurabh hit two consecutive boundaries and one towering six.
Prashant Singh���s excellent bowling took team B to the score of 98 all out in 12 overs.
The match concluded with team A winning the match by 4 wickets. Nikhil's unbeaten knock of 32 runs made it possible.
