Sweet eighteen

Surprise:She never even imagined that her eighteenth birthday would be such a big surprise and least anticipated that it would be her mom who made the arrangements.
Sakshi was pleasantly surprised when a small group of friends welcomed her with lilies, roses, marigolds and wished her ���happy birthday��� with a hand made poster at Siggri. Sakshi was just thinking of a quite dinner with family and friends, but never even thought of an excited birthday bash, organised without her knowledge.
Mom���s effort: It was Seema, Sakshi���s mom���s idea to surprise her this way and she said that it was something that her daughter could never even think of. ���She knows that I am mostly busy and thus could never even think of such a bash. We had discussed about her birthday earlier, and mutually decided that it will be a small dinner. But I really wanted to see that happiness and smile on her face and so I organised a surprise birthday party,��� said Seema who also made sure that Sakshi���s every dear friend attends the party. Sakshi was more than overwhelmed and said, ���It is one of the best birthdays that I have had. I really want to thank my mom and friends for such a sweet gesture.���
Fun with friends: Sakshi���s friends Gaurav, Jyoti, Aishwarya, Meghna and Deepika added to the fun of the party. Besides plastering her face with cake, she made sure that Sakshi got her share of bumps too. ���It is so nice to organise such a thing for a friend. Not only Sakshi but we all will remember her birthday surprise,��� said Aishwarya.
