Steps of beauty

This was a memorable performance for dance lovers in Pune.
Famous dancer and theatre personality, Dr Mallika Sarabhai, accompanied by a dance troupe, performed to a music compilation by Dr L Subramaniam and Indian Ocean. The performers presented Bharatnatyam, Kuchipudi and Kalaripayattu besides other modern dance forms. The audience appreciated the array of moods and emotions conveyed through perfect rhythm and graceful movements.Present at the show were Mrinalini Sarabhai, Amol Palekar with wife Sandhya Gokhale, Madhur Bajaj, Shailesh Mehta, Parul Mehta, Alpana Kirloskar and Monika Trivedi.
