Rock the party!

And to get a taste of live rock music and sway to the beats of heavy metal, die-hard rock fans gathered at a city restaurant recently. And the live bands didn't disappoint the music lovers, for they ensured that they electrified the atmosphere with their rocking music!
As three bands Glasnost, MaryJane and Rachelle Van Zanten came to perform on the stage, the energy level of the audience was pepped up and they cheered the performers with continuous claps.Vineet Kanabar, the main vocalist of Glasnost, said, "Rock music in Nagpur is throbbing with energy. With amateur rock bands of various colleges performing and being liked by youngsters, this kind of music is slowly but surely getting recognition. But I still feel that to make rock more popular, there should be weekly concerts in the city."
The night also saw young boys and pretty gals walking in sporting the trendiest of outfits. Ishani Nandedkar, who came with her family, looked pretty in a skirt and black tee When asked about her love for rock music, she enthused, "Rock has a relaxing effect on me. Then again, such nights are an amazing way for music lovers to chill out with their friends and family." The addictive dose of rock kept everyone thirsting for more as they were seen enjoying till the wee hours.
