It was a picturesque setting for the Times Pune Festival cooking fiesta.Cooking fans in large number gathered at Sigree, in the hotel lawn overlooking a river. Chef Harman Singh accompanied by chef Rohit Kumar and chef Shankar Debnath dished out some exquisite North Indian delicacies before an eager audience. In this, Harman was assisted by enthusiasts from among the audience, who gladly volunteered to assist with each of the dishes.
Dilliwali Tikki, Bhatti Murg and Pind Da Channa were on the culinary list. The audience appreciated the subtle use of spices and mild gravies.
