Parikrama rocks Lucknow

Rock on! Here’s what we call beginning with a bang. The first ever college fest at this medical college in Lucknow kickstarted with a performance by one of the most popular bands in India, Parikrama.
Rain Rain, come again! As it had rained almost all day long on the day of the performance, the weather was quite humid in the evening and we spotted many students sweating it out at the show and asking for more rains so that they could enjoy still more.“Wish it just starts raining now. It will just double the fun,” said Amit, one of the students.
You better understand! Although there were continuous requests by the students for the band members to play Summer Of 69, vocalist Nitin Malik seemed to be in no mood to comply as he went on to play an english number of his choice. “I don’t know whether you’ll understand this song or not, but I’m still singing it. So all of you who know the lyrics can enjoy it!” said Nitin.
Tune in: What remained the highlight of the performance was Imran Khan’s solo violin performance. The students were so much in love with Imran’s tunes that they kept on asking for an encore! Also, the band’s surprise performance on Saare Jahan Se Achha was quite appreciated by the students.
