Pankhuri and Himanshu dazzled at their ring ceremony and sangeet organised at a five star hotel

Ring a ring ring... ’Tis the season to get knotty. And doing it in great style were Pankhuri and Himanshu, whose ring ceremony and sangeet were organised at a five star hotel in the city, a day prior to their wedding.
Friends and families of the bride and groom enjoyed the song and dance show painstakingly put together by Pankhuri’s family members.While Mom Manju smilingly took in the sight of adoring friends crowding around her daughter, dad Bhupesh cast a careful eye on the arrangements. But Kokil surely drew many a glances as she strode around in her wine coloured ensemble carrying the embellished thali on which nestled the engagement ring. She could hardly keep the grin away from her face as she exchanged notes with a shy Pankhuri.
Filmi chakkar: Interestingly, the sangeet played out like a film with a projector listing the cast that included names of family members, right in the beginning. And there was also an interval, in case the guests needed a break from all that naach gaana.
Pink Parade: Pink definitely became the colour of choice with many among the ladies and even dulhe raja opting for it, as was his mother Usha. Father of the groom Ravi Shanker Agarwal, on the other hand chose to play it down with a formal suit. And yes of course, the bling on display would have made any jeweller proud.
