I feel that we should devote at least half to fitness. Keeping fit mentally and physically helps you to perform better in your workplace too," said Tapadia. But exercising is something that everyone needs irrespective of whether they are obese or not,��� she said. With SRK flaunting his six packs, quite a few people in their 40s are jumping onto the health bandwagon.
Sanjay Arora said, "Six-pack is the new buzzword and people in their 40s are endorsing it. Take the example of SRK and Salman Khan. I feel 40 plus people will have a different reason to work out in the gym!" It was sure a healthy morning with all the party people discussing fitness in such earnest.
