Maestro’s filmy journey

Veteran director Dr Jabbar Patel recently finished working on a film based on the life and work of santoor maestro Pandit Shivkumar Sharma.
A screening of the film was arranged at a popular movie theatre in the city, following which the guests attended a small party. They mingled with each other and chit-chatted over food and drinks, even as they discussed the film and commended the venture.Panditji was present along with his wife Manorama to celebrate this occasion.
Jabbar Patel played the gracious host to the guests who included Rajendra and Neelu Kelshikar, Satyasheel and Shrikant Deshpande, Deepak Shikarpur, Dr Rajeev and Vidya Yeravdekar, Uday and Aarti Ankalikar-Tikekar, Deepak Shikarpur, Yogini Gandhi, Chandra Pai, besides many other noted celebs from the film and music
fraternity.
