The turnout for the cooking fiesta of the Times Pune Festival at the rooftop restaurant Chingaari in Le Meridien was tremendous. The chefs at the helm of affairs were Mark Philipose, Mathew John and executive chef Nader Shaikh. They prepared world-class non-vegetarian dishes from cuisines across the globe such as French Salad Nicoise, Spanish Seafood Paella and an exquisite Russian dish, Chicken Stroganoff.
The guests were eager to learn and enquired about the preparations, and the chefs were happy to answer their questions. The guests were delighted with the dishes and kept asking for more. It was a perfect way to end the cooking fiesta of the festival, where satisfied guests left with a smile on their faces.
