Bright lights and the colourful reflection of the Imambara’s stained glass windows lent an air of festivity to the venue. The guests too seemed to be in the mood for chilling out.
Regional Passport Officer Zahur Zaidi was spotted exchanging ‘cop-talk’ with SSP city Akhil Kumar.While Arvind Saigal exchanged pleasantries with Abdi. YD Mathur, Retd Programme Coordinator and Chief Field office, UNICEF, and Dr KK Misra spent most of the evening chatting.
It was evident that this iftaari was enjoyed by all as MM Khanna, Director cardiovascular and thoracic division of a known polyclinic, said, “Its an excellent evening. one forgets all the barriers of caste, creed and religion at such gatherings.”
Ishan Rizvi broke his fast with Rakesh Kumar Mittal,Education Secretary feeding him sweets. Also spotted at the do were, Maulana Syed Ali Sazzad Abdi, Dr Sabra Habib professor of Russian language, LU, Dr SR Imam, Dr Piyush Jain among others.
