A ‘Beauty-full’ affair
With the wedding season round the corner wedding exhibitions are becoming a regular feature.
And it is not only Jaipurites, who are dropping by to this these events but even beauties like Miss India title holders Simran Kaur Mundi, Tanvi Vyas and Parvathy Omanakuttan, whom we spotted at Lagan Mandap, an exhibition had almost everything required for a marriage ceremony like clothes, gift items and jewellery, under the same roof.
1x1 polls
It is an amazing fair! beams Parvathy.
And it seemed that the girls had turned into children in a candy store, because from checking out sarees, jewellery pieces, gift items to getting their future foretold by a tarot reader, they tried everything that was displayed there. We are having a great time. Everything is so beautiful and colourful, one just cant take her eyes off them, adds Simran jostling to get space amid excited fans wanting to get clicked with the beauties.
On one of the shops JT spotted people running from one end to the other, quickly putting sarees on the hangers and decorating the stalls last minute as the beauty brigade approached the stall. As designer Mohit asked for some safety pins and shouted hurry up we asked him about the hustle-bustle, Actually we got late and these beauties can arrive any minute now so we are racing against time, he says.
Well Done: Brimming with pride, organiser, Aparna Godha stresses that such exhibitions not only help entrepreneurs grow but also largely helps newcomers. These exhibitions help exhibitors get more business and also prove a great platform for budding talents to showcase their work, she adds.
