NBR Group’s Soul of the Seasons wins national honour for themed living in Bengaluru
In the heart of Bengaluru’s fast-growing Sarjapur Road–Gunjur corridor, NBR Group has unveiled a landmark residential community that blends modern comfort with elemental harmony. The development, Soul of the Seasons, has been recognised with the Best Themed Residential Project Award at the 2025 GREBA Awards.
Spread across 9.65 acres, with nearly 88 per cent reserved for green and open spaces, the project draws inspiration from the ancient Indian philosophy of the Pancha Mahabhoota—space, air, fire, water, and earth. Integrating these timeless principles with the GAIA philosophy, the design aims to restore balance between nature and contemporary living.
The four towers, rising between 22 and 26 floors, reflect each element through distinctive features such as cross-ventilated layouts, solar-powered energy zones, sky decks, water courts, and landscaped trails. The 3 BHK residences are constructed using advanced aluminium formwork technology, ensuring precision, durability, and timely delivery.
At the centre of the community is a wellness-inspired clubhouse that offers yoga studios, fitness zones, a pool, and themed lounges—encouraging residents to embrace a holistic lifestyle.
“Our vision with Soul of the Seasons was to go beyond creating apartments and instead build a sanctuary where people can reconnect with well-being and nature,” said Nagabhushana Reddy, founder & managing director, NBR Group. “The enthusiastic response from homebuyers validates our approach to community-focused development.”
Adding to its achievements, NBR Group also earned the title of Progressive Developer of the Year at the Times of India Business Awards 2025. Established in 1998 by Ashwath Narayana Reddy and Nagabhushana Reddy, the company has delivered over 12 million sq ft of residential spaces, cementing its reputation as one of South India’s most trusted real estate brands.
