Rally organised to create awareness about Malaria

Zilla Parishad health department, along with District Malaria Office, District Hospital and

Nashik Municipal Corporation

recently organised a rally to spread awareness about Malaria. The event to create awareness about this vector borne disease was organised to mark

World Malaria Day

which is observed on April 25.

The staff from these health departments participated in the rally. They even took an oath to keep the surroundings clean to avoid

mosquito

breeding. The rally began at Ganjmal signal went on to Shalimar,

road and before concluding at the District hospital.
