Nashik finds happiness through Yoga and Psychology

Rotary Club

of

Nashik

recently organised a program on January 23rd which focused on healthy mind and body through the practise of

yoga

. The talking point of this session was on balancing peace of mind and having a healthy body by practising yoga.


Eminent psychiatrist Dr.

Hemant Sonanis

along with yoga and fitness trainer Mrs. Swarupa Gavande conducted the interactive session with the audience. There was also a brief lecture on topics that spoke about various health issues related to

mental health

. Apart from this, demonstrations for yoga were also given. Post the session, the audiences were allowed to ask questions and get their queries solved.

The event took place at Rotary club hall in Nashik and was open to all.
