Rakhi around, the demand for ecofriendly rakhi's is also up. Considering this, the members of Maharashtra Times cultural club organised a workshop to train the students from the city to make ecofriendly rakhis. This was held at Hrugved Hall, Tarde Colony.
Rakhi making expert Nandini Ramchandani demonstrated students the process of making rakhi with the use of paper quilling, fancy treads and many more ways.
Apart from this, as Rakhi is also a festival where brother and sisters exchange gifts, the students and women were also taught to make attractive gift boxes
