Cultural extravaganza was at its peak at Pratibimb 2014, the annual fest of NIT College. Along with a mega fashion show - Indradhanush - which upped the glam quotient of the fest, final round of the dance and singing competition provided entertainment unlimited to everybody present. As students sashayed down the ramp dressed to themes like Beach wear, Corporate, Prince and Princess etc., with full of confidence, it proved to be a treat for the spectators.
The Dhoom round where guys came on bikes was the most anticipated and talked about round. In a personality contest, students competed against one another to bag the titles of Mr & Miss NIT. Hip hop seemed to the favourite genre for students who took part in the dance competition. While different dances created an energetic mood, what stole the limelight was the performance by a physically handicapped student of the college who rendered a classical song in the singing competition. Later, when she was awarded the first prize, the audience gave her a standing ovation.
